Here is what to expect when working with Rise Up team to support your child and family wellness.

2. Initial Consultation

Book an initial consultation to evaluate your child's needs. The fees for that consultation will be waived should you decide to start services with us.

3. Get on Board

Start weekly therapy with us.

An initial assessment will be conducted during the first 2-4 weeks of therapy. Afterward, an individualized program will be build according the your child's unique needs.

4. Monitor Progress and See Results!

With our care, you will get a monthly report to assess your child's progress and a monthly meeting with your program supervisor for extra family support.
